The “Age” of Engagement: Generational Impact on Brands, Payments and Consumer Sentiment

Citing new research, Theresa McEndree, VP of Marketing at Blackhawk Network, and Stephanie Friedman, VP, Murphy Research, will explore the generational differences of how brands, payments and consumer perception interplay and affect shoppers differently. Consumers spanning across different generations each have their own unique preferences and expectations—and reaching everyone requires more than a one-size-fits-all approach. This session will analyze new research that explores the differences between the four largest generations of today’s consumers—Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers.
