Retail and E-Commerce Veteran Terry Sutton Joins CashStar as Vice President of Client Success

Former L.L.Bean Executive to Drive Client Growth and Program Expansion

Sutton will be responsible for leading the Client Success team and helping CashStar’s portfolio of more than 300 client brands to grow their gift card programs through the development of innovative strategies and promotional offerings.

Sutton held multiple executive posts at L.L.Bean over a 20-year career, including senior vice president of corporate marketing and e-commerce, where she was responsible for $1 billion in sales through LLBean.com and catalog marketing. Most recently, Terry served as the COO at DAVO Technologies, a leading provider of SaaS software that helps small businesses collect pay and manage state sales tax. Sutton earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed her MBA at Harvard Business School.
