Companies Receive Annual Circle of Excellence Award for Designing and Implementing a Cross-Brand Incentive Program that Won Customers and Fostered Loyalty
CashStar, the digital gifting company preferred by the world’s leading brands, today announced that it has won the Incentive Marketing Organization’s (IMA) Circle of Excellence Awards for its digital gift card marketing promotion that combined offerings from both Regal Entertainment Group and Aéropostale. Together, the companies leveraged digital gift cards as branded promotional currency to generate incremental online and in-store sales, engage and re–engage customers, and build loyalty during the 2013 holiday season.
Each year, the Circle of Excellence Awards program identifies and recognizes outstanding examples of successful customer and employee incentive programs designed to help drive business. The role of the cross-brand incentive was to attract Regal and Aéropostale’s demographic base of teenagers and young adults with an appealing offer. For every $40 worth of Regal eGift cards purchased, the purchaser received a $10 bonus eGift card from Aéropostale.
