Hey have you heard? CashStar recently expanded south of the border. And while a new office in Mexico sounds wonderful right now as the temperature dips below 10°F here in Portland, a new office in the Boston area is a perfect addition for a company that has experienced rapid growth and needs to support its hiring plan.
Located off of the Interstate 95 technology beltway, near the Mass Turnpike, the new office is a convenient location for local employees who were commuting to Portland, and provides a meeting space for visiting clients, partners and prospects. In addition, the new space enables us to recruit from the area’s talent pool, as Boston secures its foothold as a tech hub.
The timing is just right for CashStar to open its new doors, too. One of the most well-funded (and well-known) names among the Portland tech scene, CashStar has been named one of Maine’s “Best Places to Work” five years running and we’re actively seeking to hire nationally in various roles throughout the company. There is a lot to like about the new venue. Aside from the location being convenient and accessible, the 2,500 square-foot office is a bright and airy open concept featuring spacious conference rooms and quiet spaces to support both individual work and easy collaboration among coworkers.
The opening of this new space is a testament to CashStar’s growth. Between a successful holiday season, mounting client and CashStar team rosters, and ramping up for our annual Innovate 2016 client conference in April, it’s been an exciting start to the New Year and I look forward to watching the company continue its expansion – from my workspace in the new Boston office, of course.
