2013 Digital Gifting Benchmark Study

2013 marks the third time in four years that RSR has conducted the Digital Gifting Study. This year’s study, “Digital Gift Cards: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly,” evaluates digital gifting programs from 99 retailers and restaurants on 21 criteria across the five categories of discoverability/awareness, desirability/conversion, recipient experience, social integration and mobile.
